In a rapidly evolving digital health landscape, there is a need for more adaptive, integrated, and patient-centred models. uMed’s live next-generation ACCESS Cohort are ongoing studies combine linked primary care EHR data with direct patient-reported outcomes to create rich, longitudinal datasets.

Designed for flexibility, they enable targeted sub-studies, support recruitment into external clinical trials, and provide partners with access to highly stratified, pre-consented participants.

Fully remote by design, ACCESS expands research access and engagement across more diverse patient populations.
