Where does your current evidence leave a gap?

A source can be technically sound and still leave a decision-critical question unanswered. The gap may be an outcome that was never collected, a population not reached, or a need to understand what changes over time.

What is not being observed?

Symptoms, quality of life, treatment experience, or another outcome that routine records do not consistently capture.

Who is not being reached?

A subgroup, care setting, or population that could change how confidently a finding can be interpreted.

What could the next decision require?

A new measure, longer follow-up, or a way to investigate an emerging signal without creating a disconnected study.
